What has given Julie the resilience to pioneer this work? Julie is a Christian, and her relationship with God has sustained her through difficult times, motivating her to reach out to others and be God’s hands in action.

Her messages of hope and inclusivity are key elements which make The Power of Resilience CIC an integral part of the community in Stalybridge, Tameside.

The Power of Resilience is an LGBT and mental health safe space amid a diverse Greater Manchester community.
