This week our Rustic Arts resilience workshop was an opportunity for group members to develop community connections, share ideas and relax whilst being creative and learning new skills and techniques.
Participants had the opportunity to make paper flowers. One of our group participants, Sam, demonstrated using a paper napkin and our arts and crafts facilitator Gail Heyes taught us how to making paper roses.

Individuals then chose jars to decorate with a range of rustic arts and crafts materials including wooden embellishments, lace, twine, dried leaves and rose petals.

It is lovely to sit and chat in a safe space.
